Park Place Cottages are available May 1st through October 31.

High Season is June 9 through October 15. Low Season is May 1 - June 8 and after October 20.

There is a three night minimum stay for the Butternut, Cherry, and Carriage House Cottages.

There is a two night minimum stay for the Cedar and Pine Suites.

A 14% tax will be added to all rates. This includes an 8% room tax, 5.5% sales tax and .05% Ephraim tax. Rates are subject to change.

Deposit: Booking directly requires a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay in order to hold the reservation. The balance for the stay will be due upon arrival. The deposit may be refundable if the booking is canceled within three weeks of the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled with three weeks’ notice will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled 7-21 days prior to the reservation will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled fewer than 7 days before the reservation date will not receive a refund.
