Cottage Rental Rates
Park Place Cottages are available May 1st through October 31. High Season is mid June 9 through October 15. Low Season is May 1 - June 8 and after October 15. There is always a three night minimum stay.

A 14% tax will be added to all rates. This includes an 8% room tax, 5.5% sales tax and .05% Ephraim tax. Payment by personal check or cash. Sorry, we do not take credit cards. Rates are subject to change. There is an extra charge for additional persons. No pets or indoor smoking please. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Deposits:
Deposits for a weekly stay are $400 for 1-bedroom, $500 for 2-bedroom,
and $800 for the Cape House. A one night deposit will be required
to hold your reservation for a short visit.
Cancellation:
Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded,
less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to
arrival will be re-funded, only if the unit is re-rented, minus a $50
cancellation fee.
